እኛ ማን ነን

My Gebi (ገቢ ሲሰላ) በኢትዮጵያ ላሉ ንግዶች የሚያገለግል ሶፍትዌር እና በmygebi.com/market ያለ የኦንላይን ገበያ ነው። ሱቆች፣ የግል ሻጮች፣ አድራሾች እና ገዢዎች ይጠቀሙበታል። My Gebiን በመጠቀምዎ በእነዚህ ደንቦች ይስማማሉ።

My Gebi ገንዘብዎን አይይዝም

ገዢዎች በቀጥታ ለሱቁ ወይም ለሻጩ ይከፍላሉ፦ በጥሬ፣ ወይም በቴሌብር ወይም በባንክ ወደ ሻጩ የራሱ ሂሳብ። My Gebi ሁሉም አንድ አይነት መረጃ እንዲያይ የክፍያ መልዕክቶችን ብቻ ያረጋግጣል።

ሽያጩ በገዢውና በሻጩ መካከል ነው። My Gebi ሱቅ ወይም ሻጭ ላስቀመጠው ዕቃ ሻጭ አይደለም።

ሱቆችና ሻጮች

ለሚሸጡት ኃላፊነቱ የእርስዎ ነው፦ ሕጋዊ መሆኑ፣ እንደተገለጸው መሆኑ፣ በሕጋዊ መንገድ መግባቱ፣ ሕጉ በሚጠይቅበት ግብር መከፈሉ፣ እና ንግድዎ የሚያስፈልገው ፈቃድ እንዳለዎት።

ፎቶ፣ ዋጋ፣ ብዛት፣ የተሠራበት አገርና ብራንድ እውነት መሆን አለባቸው። የሸጡትን ያስረክቡ፣ አለበለዚያ ገንዘቡን ይመልሱ።

የተከለከሉ፦ የሐኪም ማዘዣ የሚያስፈልጋቸው መድኃኒቶች፣ የጦር መሣሪያ፣ አደንዛዥ ዕፅ፣ ከ18 ዓመት በታች ላሉ አልኮልና ትምባሆ፣ የተሰረቁ፣ ሐሰተኛ ወይም በኮንትሮባንድ የገቡ ዕቃዎች፣ እና ሕግ የሚከለክለው ሁሉ።

እነዚህን ደንቦች የሚጥስ ዕቃን My Gebi ሊደብቅ፣ ሱቅን ከገበያው ሊያወጣ ወይም አካውንትን ሊያቆም ይችላል። ምክንያቱን በመተግበሪያዎ ያያሉ።

የሱቅ ክፍያ፦ የመጀመሪያዎቹ የኦንላይን ትዕዛዞች ነፃ ናቸው፤ ከዚያ My Gebi ከእያንዳንዱ ያለቀ ትዕዛዝ በመተግበሪያዎ የሚታየውን ድርሻ ይወስዳል (ዕቃዎቹ ብቻ፣ ዴሊቨሪ አይጨምርም)። ምዝገባና ክፍያዎች ከመክፈልዎ በፊት በመተግበሪያው ይታያሉ። ያልተከፈለ ክፍያ የኦንላይን ሱቅዎን ሊያቆም ይችላል፤ የሽያጭ መመዝገቢያዎ ግን ይሠራል።

ገዢዎች

እውነተኛ ስም፣ ስልክ ቁጥርና አድራሻ ይስጡ። ጨረታና የዋጋ ጥያቄ ቁም ነገር ናቸው፦ ጨረታ ካሸነፉ ወይም ዋጋዎ ከተቀበለ ይግዙ።

የሐሰት ትዕዛዝ፣ የሐሰት ጨረታ ወይም አለመክፈል ቁጥርዎን ሊያሳግድ ይችላል።

በትዕዛዝ ላይ ችግር ካለ መጀመሪያ ሱቁን ወይም ሻጩን ይደውሉ (ቁጥራቸው በትዕዛዝዎ ላይ አለ)። ካልተፈታ My Gebiን ይደውሉ።

አድራሾች

አድራሾች ራሳቸውን የቻሉ ናቸው፤ የMy Gebi ወይም የሱቆቹ ሠራተኞች አይደሉም። ሥራ ከማግኘታቸው በፊት My Gebi መታወቂያቸውን ያረጋግጣል።

ዕቃን የሚያስረክቡት በደንበኛው ኮድ ብቻ ነው። የሚቀበሉት ጥሬ ገንዘብ ከሱቁ ጋር እስኪወራረዱ ድረስ የሱቁ ነው።

የመጀመሪያዎቹ ማድረሶች ነፃ ናቸው፤ ከዚያ My Gebi በመተግበሪያዎ የሚታየውን የማድረሻ ክፍያ ድርሻ ይወስዳል።

አካውንትና ደህንነት

የይለፍ ቃልዎን፣ ፒንዎንና የSMS ኮዶችን ለማንም አይስጡ። በአካውንትዎ ለሚደረገው ኃላፊነቱ የእርስዎ ነው።

My Gebi እነዚህን ደንቦች ወይም ሕግን የጣሱ ወይም ሌሎችን ያታለሉ አካውንቶችን ሊያቆም ወይም ሊዘጋ ይችላል።

ገደቦች

My Gebi ትክክልና ሁልጊዜ የሚሠራ እንዲሆን እንተጋለን፤ ነገር ግን ኢንተርኔት፣ SMS እና የስልክ ኔትወርኮች ሊቋረጡ ይችላሉ። የኢትዮጵያ ሕግ ሌላ ካላለ በስተቀር፣ My Gebi በገዢዎች፣ በሻጮችና በአድራሾች መካከል ለሚደርስ ጉዳት ተጠያቂ አይደለም።

እነዚህ ደንቦች የኢትዮጵያን ሕግ ይከተላሉ። ልናሻሽላቸው እንችላለን፤ ከታች ያለው ቀን የመጨረሻውን ስሪት ያሳያል።

Who we are

My Gebi (ገቢ ሲሰላ) is software for businesses in Ethiopia and an online market at mygebi.com/market. Shops, independent sellers, delivery partners (couriers) and buyers use it. By using My Gebi you agree to these terms.

My Gebi does not hold your money

Buyers pay the shop or seller directly: in cash, or by Telebirr or bank transfer to the seller's own account. My Gebi only checks payment messages so everyone sees the same record.

The sale is between the buyer and the seller. My Gebi is not the seller of any item listed by a shop or seller.

Shops and sellers

You are responsible for what you sell: that it is legal, as described, imported legally, with tax paid where the law requires it, and that you have any licence your business needs.

Photos, prices, quantities, country of origin and brand must be true. Hand over what you sold, or give the money back.

Not allowed: medicines that need a prescription, weapons, drugs, alcohol or tobacco to people under 18, stolen, fake or smuggled goods, and anything else the law forbids.

My Gebi may hide an item, take a shop off the market or pause an account that breaks these rules. You see the reason in your app.

Store fees: your first online orders are free, then My Gebi keeps the share shown in your app of each finished online order (items only, not delivery). Subscriptions and fees are shown in the app before you pay. Unpaid fees can pause your online store; your till keeps working.

Buyers

Give a real name, phone number and address. Bids and offers are serious: if you win an auction or your offer is accepted, buy it.

Fake orders, fake bids or not paying can get your number blocked.

Problem with an order? Call the shop or seller first (their number is on your order). If it is not solved, call My Gebi.

Delivery partners

Couriers are independent, not employees of My Gebi or of the shops. My Gebi checks their ID before they get jobs.

Hand items over only with the customer's code. Cash you collect belongs to the shop until you settle with them.

Your first deliveries are free; then My Gebi keeps the share of the delivery fee shown in your app.

Accounts and safety

Keep your password, PIN and SMS codes private. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

My Gebi may pause or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or that cheat others.

Limits

We work hard to keep My Gebi running and correct, but the internet, SMS and phone networks can fail. My Gebi is not liable for losses between buyers, sellers and couriers, except where Ethiopian law says otherwise.

These terms follow the laws of Ethiopia. We may update them; the date below shows the latest version.
