የክፍያ መልዕክቶች፦ ሱቅ ስልኩን በMy Gebi SMS ሲያገናኝ፣ የዚያ ስልክ የቴሌብርና የባንክ SMSዎች ክፍያን ለማረጋገጥ ወደ My Gebi ይላካሉ። ሌሎች SMSዎች አይላኩም።

ገዢዎች፦ ስም፣ ስልክ ቁጥር፣ የማድረሻ አድራሻ፣ ትዕዛዞችዎ፣ የዋጋ ጥያቄዎችዎና ጨረታዎችዎ።

ማን ያየዋል

እያንዳንዱ ሱቅ የራሱን መረጃ ብቻ ያያል። የገዢ ስም፣ ስልክና አድራሻ ወደሚያዝዙበት ሱቅ፣ እና በሚያደርስበት ጊዜ ብቻ ወደ አድራሹ ይሄዳል። ሌሎች ገዢዎች ተጫራቾችን የሚያዩት እንደ “Ab***” ብቻ ነው።

የMy Gebi ሠራተኞች መረጃን የሚያዩት እርስዎን ለመርዳት፣ ችግር ለመፍታት ወይም ማጭበርበርን ለማስቆም ብቻ ነው።

መረጃዎን አንሸጥም። የምናጋራው የኢትዮጵያ ሕግ ሲጠይቅ ብቻ ነው።

የምንጠቀማቸው አገልግሎቶች

ስልክዎን በቴሌግራም ካረጋገጡ ቴሌግራም የመለያዎን ስልክ ቁጥር ይሰጠናል፤ የትዕዛዝ መረጃም እዚያ ይላክልዎታል። የSMS ኮዶች ጥቅም ላይ ከዋሉ በSMS ኩባንያ በኩል ይላካሉ። መረጃ በሰርቨራችን ይቀመጣል፣ ቅጂም ይያዝለታል።

ምርጫዎ

መረጃዎን ለማየት፣ ለማስተካከል ወይም ለማሰረዝ +251 91 091 4258 ይደውሉ ወይም መልዕክት ይላኩ። አንዳንድ መዝገቦች (ሽያጭ፣ ክፍያ) ሕጉ እስከሚጠይቀው ጊዜ ሊቆዩ ይችላሉ።

የንግድ ባለቤት ንግዱን በሙሉ ከመተግበሪያው ወይም እኛን በመጠየቅ ማሰረዝ ይችላል።

ደህንነት

የይለፍ ቃሎችና ፒኖች በተመሰጠረ መልኩ ይቀመጣሉ፣ ግንኙነቶች HTTPS ይጠቀማሉ፣ የተሳሳቱ ሙከራዎችም ይገደባሉ። ስልክዎን ይቆልፉ፣ ኮዶችዎንም ለማንም አይስጡ።

What we keep

Businesses: name, phone, address, staff names and PINs (stored scrambled), items, sales, expenses and reports.

Payment messages: when a shop connects its phone with My Gebi SMS, the Telebirr and bank SMS of that phone are sent to My Gebi to confirm payments. Other SMS are not sent.

Buyers: name, phone number, delivery address and your orders, offers and bids.

Couriers: name, phone, area, vehicle, the ID check note, and your deliveries.

Photos you upload of staff and items.

Who sees it

A shop sees its own data only. A buyer's name, phone and address go to the shop they order from, and to the courier who delivers it, only while delivering. Other buyers see bidders only as “Ab***”.

My Gebi staff see data only to help you, fix problems or stop fraud.

We do not sell your data. We share it only when Ethiopian law requires it.

Services we use

If you confirm your phone with Telegram, Telegram gives us the number of your Telegram account, and order updates are then sent to you there. If SMS codes are used, they go through an SMS company. Data is stored on our server and backed up.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data: call or message +251 91 091 4258. Some records (sales, payments) may be kept as long as the law requires.

A business owner can delete their whole business from the app or by asking us.

Security

Passwords and PINs are stored scrambled, connections use HTTPS, and wrong tries are limited. Keep your phone locked and your codes private.
