Staff, PINs and tips

• More → Staff & items → add: name, role (cashier, barber, waiter, sales staff), commission if any.
• Each person gets a 4-digit PIN to record sales.
• Forgot the PIN? Open the person → New PIN. Too many wrong tries locks them for 15 minutes.

• A customer pays more than the bill → the extra is that worker's tip, automatically.
• A tip given later? New sale → Tip only → the person → the amount.
• More → Review & tips → Tips to pay: what each person earned. Hand it over, tap Paid.

• More → Pay statements → the month.
• Commission, advances, salary paid and tips, worked out for each person.
• Send on Telegram: each person sees their own statement.

• More → Schedule: each person's working hours for the week.
• Tap a day for a day off, sick day or leave.
• Ethiopian, Gregorian and Islamic dates with holidays in the month view.

• Save the person's phone; My Gebi Staff on their own phone is on.
• They install My Gebi → "I work at a shop: My Gebi Staff" → phone + PIN.
• They see their own sales, tips, pay, schedule and your feedback. They can ask for time off.
• They cannot record sales from their phone, and see nobody else's numbers.

• On each person's page: Kebele ID, Fayda national ID, Guarantor signed paper (ተያዥ), other papers.
• A photo or a PDF. Add the ID number or the guarantor's name and phone.
• Private: only you see them. Not even Gebi support working in your business.

Example: When Hana joined Almaz Café, Almaz photographed her kebele ID and the guarantor's signed paper on Hana's page. Six months later the papers were there in two taps when the bank asked for them.
